Words of wisdom from Master Carl “find a runup that’s twice as long as anything you’d encounter in a race, do repeats on it at least twice a week” and, “get in at least a 3 to 4 hour ride at least once a week” plus, “have good dismount/remount technique”. Sounds like some good advice to me!
